With wok with flat base, you not only stir-fry but also steam, deep-fry, fry or even just boil ( see accessories).
7ply technology: this use of 2.3 mm thick layered material with a heat-conducting core of aluminium layers and stainless steel at the inside and outside of the wok is ideal. The wok gets very hot in the middle and slightly cooler towards the edges, yet still hot enough to continue cooking the stirred ingredients.
No non-stick coating required
Easy to maintain: dishwater resitant and finished with Silvinox, a unique electrochemical surface treatment system. Silvinox enriches stainless steel by removing iron and impurities from the surface, ensuring it remains silvery white, even after years of cleaning.
